O'LAVI, one of Namibia’s finest mineral water brands, is looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper on a freelance basis to support our growing business. As a dynamic startup, O'LAVI is rapidly expanding and is represented through our offices and operations in Swakopmund, Windhoek, Otavi, and Ongwediva.


Part-Time Freelance Bookkeeper (40 hours per month)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Assist with financial reporting and administration.
  • Support management with accounting-related tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven and substantial experience in bookkeeping or accounting (essential).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial administration.
  • Ability to work independently and accurately.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
  • Experience with accounting software is advantageous.
