Overview:

We’re Hiring: Retail Manager, tourism sector. Swakopmund . If you love retail, people, and creativity - but also have an eye for stock and spreadsheets, this might be your next chapter.


Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and stock management.
  • Lead and support the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in English; German language skills will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Sage Pastel and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

🕒 Full-time position, yet flexible (could include weekends)

📍 Based in Swakopmund
