PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Perform document verifications and liaise with the relevant departmental heads for invoice authorization. Perform variance; stock reports and the goods received (GR) process by using SAP to ensure that all orders are process to avoid duplications of order delivery.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Receive / Issue stock .
  • Issuing of Procured Stock .
  • Verification of stock and Invoices .
  • Departmental Administration by ensuring that weekly time sheets are recorded
  • Generate all non-stock purchase requisitions for Procurement/Risk departments based on quotations received.
  • Responsible for good housekeeping, stacking, and storing to prevent/ensure no damage to materials.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Grade 12
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement environment .
  • A certificate / Diploma in Procurement is an added advantage.
