Job Description:

To proactively research, identify, and develop growth opportunities within existing business portfolios, enabling the unlocking of new revenue streams. This job supports operational and strategic initiatives by leveraging data insights, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement practices to enhance business performance. The incumbent contributes to the optimisation of business processes, supports decision-making through analysis, and ensures alignment with organisational goals.

Are You Someone Who Can:

• Prepare accurate and timely management information, business intelligence, and performance reports.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, analysis, and reporting to support collections performance and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and data models that provide meaningful business insights.
• Ensure the accurate and timely distribution of daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports to stakeholders.
• Support and manage dialler campaigns to optimise collections performance and customer contact strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for process improvement.
• Resolve reporting and system-related issues while ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance requirements are met.
• Collaborate effectively with operational teams and stakeholders to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Take ownership of personal development while contributing to a high-performance and collaborative team environment.

You Will Be an Ideal Candidate If You:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Have more than 3 years' experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or business support within a banking or financial services environment.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and relevant reporting tools.
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
