Unik Construction Engineering Namibia (Pty) Ltd, registered in 2013, located at 26 Rensburger Street, Lafrenz, Windhoek, specializes in larger scale projects ranging from road and bridge construction, water and sewer services, residential, commercial, industrial buildings and infrastructure development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all concrete works, including steel fixing, formwork, and quality control.
• Ensure all concrete activities meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate workforce, materials, and equipment for concrete operations.
• Inspect completed works and ensure adherence to Employer requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Trade Diploma in Civil Trade or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in concrete works.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Concrete Foreman.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, preferably Namibia.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory).
