Job Description:

To liaise with clients and insurance companies to find the best deals for insurance cover and actively promote products to increase profitability.

Are you someone who can:

• Operate from within bank branches in your allocated region.
• Build trusted relationships with bankers, relationship managers, and branch teams.
• Position yourself as the go-to wealth and insurance specialist.
• Convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
• Leverage daily client interactions and branch activity to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline through effective internal networking and referrals.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have 5+ years' experience in financial planning, insurance, or wealth management.
• Have a proven ability to build and manage a client portfolio.
• Are relationship-driven and commercially minded.
• Are NAMFISA compliant or working towards compliance.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-drive.
• Demonstrate the ability to generate business without reliance on allocated leads.
• Take ownership of your performance and income growth.
• Are comfortable operating in a performance-based environment.
• Hold a Grade 12 qualification with a relevant diploma and life insurance certification.
• Have a valid driver's license.
