Job Specification

• Identify new process opportunities and assess feasibility through detailed analysis and estimation.
• Analyse, understand, and document business processes in detail.
• Identify and communicate technical infrastructure requirements.
• Design RPA solutions in line with standard design principles and conventions.
• Configure RPA processes and objects using efficient, structured, and maintainable workflow principles.
• Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of industry and analysis experience.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., C#, Java, Python, VB.NET).
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software tools quickly.
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
• Ability to analyse and clearly document business processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
