Job Description:

• Provide remote desktop support to customers and travel to customer sites as required.
• Install, maintain, and support desktop peripherals, hardware, and software.
• Install, maintain, and support Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure.
• Monitor, record, and respond to incidents and system failures in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
• Provide support to staff with internal IT requests.
• Create and maintain installation and system documentation, diagrams, procedures, and help sheets.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly customer SLA reports.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties in line with company procedures and standards.

Minimum Requirements:

General:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Namibian citizenship.
• Fluent bilingualism in English and Afrikaans.
• Valid driver's licence.

Certifications:

• CompTIA A+.
• CompTIA Network+ (N+).
• MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or current equivalent.
• MD-102: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate or current equivalent.
• MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator or current equivalent.

Experience and Exposure:

• Minimum of 3 years' IT experience related to end-user desktop and peripheral support.
• Experience managing, completing, and closing support tickets using a ticketing system.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
• Basic networking experience.

• Own vehicle.
• Additional relevant certifications or qualifications that complement the position and scope of work.
• Ability to speak additional languages.
