Key Performance Areas

• Manage daily transport and delivery operations.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Manage fleet utilization and vehicle performance.
• Develop and control logistics budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor logistics costs and expenditure.
• Conduct logistics forecasting and risk analysis.
• Manage and review third-party transporters and service levels.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise drivers and logistics personnel.
• Compile logistics and performance reports for management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and English.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Logistics or Transport.
• Minimum 2 years' management experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience in budgeting and cost management.
• FMCG or distribution industry experience advantageous.
• Valid Driver's Licence.
