We have a Mid Administrative / Finance Officer position available in our Team in Windhoek.

What We Expect from You

• Assist with all-round administration, HR, and finance administration.
• Maintain accurate records for administrative, HR, and finance functions.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Update and allocate daily transactions on cashbooks.
• Conduct auditing and fact-checking of financial information.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Update daily expense files.
• Process data and payments.
• Ensure accounts received for payment are correct and identify any discrepancies.
• Maintain both digital and physical financial records and reports.

What We Are Looking for in Our Next Teammate

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance and administration.
• Minimum qualification of a Diploma in a relevant field.
• Ability to work within strict deadlines, prioritise tasks, and plan effectively.
• Highly computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to learn new techniques relevant to the industry.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• High level of energy; professional, friendly, and determined attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and go the extra mile when required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions accurately.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Highly organised with clear and structured record keeping.
• Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information.
• Strong mathematical skills and the ability to detect numerical errors.
• Familiarity with finance regulations.
• Valid driver’s licence (required).
• Non-smokers only.
