Job Description:

To perform duties on a temporary basis as allocated by the business unit

Are you someone who can:

• Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance.
• Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation.
• Manage and complete assigned tasks and activities as per agreed contract.

• Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing.
• Have 4 to 5 years of business development or management experience in a banking or sales environment.
• Possess experience in the retail sector with exposure to financial services (advantageous).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Are proactive and adaptable to changing environments and technologies.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
