The incumbents responsibilities will be assisting the Human Resource Practitioner with the complete human resources function within the company. This includes clerical and administrative support, compile, and update employee’s records, process documentation and assist with personnel activities. The incumbent will also assist with employee requests regarding HR issues, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data. To be an administrative support to Nampharm’s third parties etc., Pension Fund, Medical Aid, NTA, Social Security and Staff Hiring Companies. Ensure accurate filing of all pertinent records and correspondence.
