Job Description:

To supervise and co-ordinate daily activities amongst a team in order to achieve a smooth workflow.

Are you someone who can:

• Is experienced in Pre-Legal Collections business processes and operational requirements.
• Has superior commitment to excellent customer service.
• Facilitates and leads optimal communication structure/processes between internal and external stakeholders as a means of driving performance.
• Has receivables and credit management experience particularly in an Early Collections environment.
• Leads and partakes in change management efforts for his/her team and the whole department.
• Leads a high-performance team of Collectors to take ownership and accountability of the pre-legal collections process, with specific focus on Special Arrangements and Debt Assistance to rehabilitate clients.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Credit and/or Collections role.
• Have a diploma in Collections, Recoveries and/or Credit (or in progress will be advantageous).
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Show leadership qualities and emotional intelligence.
